Booking Policies

Provide fun party services like face painting, balloon art, games, paint parties, party decorations, and booking assistance.

Emergencies: yes, things happen we understand. Let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate with you.

Other cancellations: 72 hours’ notice required. Late cancellations may incur a partial charge.

We are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or issues arising during the event.

Please notify us of any allergies in advance.

We reserve the right to end service early if the environment is unsafe or if disruptive behavior occurs, with no refund provided.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required within one week of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due the day of the event once talent has arrived.

Electronic payment is preferred. We accept the following: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Cash. This deposit allows for one reschedule and is non-refundable unless in case of an emergency.

Please note credit cards are not accepted. Business checks are accepted. Cash is always accepted.

We travel up to 60-90 minutes from Glen Burnie, MD with a minimum booking of 1.5 to 2 hours. 

Pricing is non-negotiable. However, I'm always happy to adjust services to better suit your budget-just ask!

Clients are responsible for covering any parking fees and toll charges incurred during the event. To prevent any inconveniences, these costs must be settled prior to the event at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe, spacious environment for our services.

Clients are responsible for rented supplies and third-party vendors (e.g., rentals, catering, etc.), but we can help connect you. 

We respect your privacy and will not share your information without consent, unless required by law.

We may receive a referral fee for services booked through out recommendations, but this does not affect pricing.
